Position: Account Executive / Graduate Trainee


Henderson Brown Recruitment is seeking a talented individual to join a prominent organization within the food sector as an Account Executive. This role is pivotal in supporting the Account Management team in overseeing key client accounts.


In this position, you will report directly to the Senior National Account Manager and will be responsible for the daily management of various grocery accounts within the food industry, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and responsiveness.


Your responsibilities will include:
  • Administering and finalizing provisional costing data while maintaining the pricing structures for store ranges.
  • Coordinating the production and delivery of samples to clients, ensuring that the picking, dispatch, and NPD departments are well-informed of requirements.
  • Managing customer communication regarding unaccompanied samples to guarantee timely arrival and proper notification of locations. Following up with clients to gather feedback.
  • Addressing minor customer inquiries and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Facilitating the seamless introduction of new products by communicating timelines, responsibilities, production methods, and product packaging specifications.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the category by analyzing data and the strategic goals of clients.
  • Building a robust network within the industry by participating in relevant meetings and events.


A competitive compensation package is available, with a salary range of approximately £25-30k plus additional benefits.
