We are seeking a caring and dedicated Waking Nights Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Keys Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide therapeutic care and support to our residents, helping them to develop their independent living skills and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide night-time care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities
- Develop trusting relationships with residents and their families
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a comprehensive support package
- Support residents to develop their independent living skills and achieve their goals
