Subject Leader Geography

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious individual to lead our Geography department and drive excellence in education. As a Subject Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic approach to meet academy objectives, with a focus on student wellbeing and achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Geography curriculum that aligns with academy objectives
- Lead and manage a team of Geography teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and resources
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
- Contribute to the development of academy policies and procedures related to Geography education
