Your Role: As an Energy Advisor, you will be integral to our customer operations, playing a vital role in delighting our clients.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage all customer interactions via phone and email, addressing a range of issues from billing inquiries to meter exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction in every engagement.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
