About the Opportunity

Butler Rose is proud to be working with a growing manufacturer in search of a talented and passionate Manufacturing Manager to lead their Operations/Production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, where leadership and innovation are key to delivering top-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing Strategy: Develop and implement a manufacturing strategy in line with the company's objectives, ensuring processes are flexible, efficient, and cost-effective to meet production goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee a 24-hour production operation, managing a team of 400+ staff through three shift managers, ensuring production targets are achieved while upholding safety, quality, and budget standards.
  • Team Development: Provide leadership and coaching to the production and supervisory teams, promoting a management culture that prioritises employee development, health, safety, and well-being.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements. They will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
