Compensation:
£20.25 to £23.17 per hour.

Meriden Media is collaborating with a leading postal service provider to recruit skilled HGV/LGV C+E Class 1 Drivers.

We are currently seeking drivers who are ready to commence work promptly.

As an HGV Driver, upon successful completion of an assessment, your primary responsibility will be to transport parcels and mail between various depots within the network.

The role involves minimal manual handling, and shifts are scheduled one week in advance. We offer competitive pay rates along with a variety of start times and days to accommodate your preferences.

We are particularly interested in drivers who are available to work weekends or who can start in the afternoon and continue into the evening.


To qualify for this position, candidates must:

  • Hold a valid HGV licence for at least 2 years with no more than 5 penalty points.
  • Have a minimum of 180 days of driving experience within the last 2 years.
  • Maintain no more than 10 driving infringements over a 12-month period.
We cannot accept candidates with any DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements.

Due to the nature of our client's operations, successful candidates will need to undergo a CRB security check after registration.
