About the Role

RJ Talent Connect Limited is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join their expanding sales and customer service teams. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in daily office meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct residential sales and engage in face-to-face interactions with customers at their homes to build strong relationships and drive sales.
  • Represent clients professionally, maintaining a positive brand image and upholding the company's values.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and customer needs.
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 4 days per week, with availability from Monday to Sunday (no fixed rota).
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • No specific qualifications required.
  • Incentives available for individuals who drive, although it is not mandatory.
