Main Responsibilities- Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of clinical stock to the maternity unit.
- Collaborate with the community midwifery porter team to coordinate the delivery of stock to various hubs and children's centers.
- Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and service schedules.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure infection control compliance at the maternity unit.
- Provide logistical support to the midwifery team, including coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
