Position Overview:
This part-time role (25 hours per week) focuses on the upkeep of shared spaces, performing thorough cleaning tasks, and providing support to ensure a hygienic and secure environment. Candidates should possess relevant experience in a similar role, along with vital skills in communication, collaboration, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Primary Duties:
- Regular cleaning of shared facilities and kitchen areas
- Comprehensive end-of-tenancy cleaning and operation of cleaning equipment
- Assisting with inventory management and stock oversight
- Collaborating with the team to identify and resolve any concerns
Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will have a background in cleaning services, excellent communication abilities, and a strong customer service orientation. Attributes such as initiative, organizational skills, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with inventory control processes and prior experience in multi-tenant environments.
