Splunk Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Specialist

We are a fast-growing company that values innovation and customer success. As a Senior Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our EMEA UKI growth journey by planning and implementing marketing programs that directly impact pipeline generation and brand strengthening.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencing and implementing the regional marketing plan to drive progress and convert pipeline
  • Clear communication around follow-up and measurements of programs to business teams
  • Planning, driving, and implementing selected EMEA-wide virtual programs to support English language countries
  • Driving own marketing projects, in alignment with existing marketing plans
  • Collaborating with the EMEA marketing team to support common goals of delivering pipeline generation campaigns
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar project-based field marketing role in a matrix environment, preferably in the enterprise software space
  • Project leadership skills with attention to detail
  • Well-versed in tactics used in the region to attract target audiences
  • Data-driven marketing mentality, with experience working with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional languages an advantage
  • Solution-oriented personality with a can-do attitude
