Candour Solutions Seeks Talented PHP Developer

Greater Manchester (Hybrid)

Candour Solutions, a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions, is seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join their technology team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company dedicated to revolutionising healthcare technology.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing, maintaining, and enhancing cutting-edge applications using the Laravel framework. You'll be working with a modern tech stack, including PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, and MySQL, with plenty of opportunities to dive into API development and integration. Experience with React or a similar JavaScript framework is highly desirable and will give you the edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimise web applications using PHP and Laravel, ensuring top-notch performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
  • Manage and manipulate MySQL databases to deliver efficient data solutions.
  • Work on integrating third-party APIs and building custom APIs that drive innovation.
  • Debug and troubleshoot to continuously improve application functionality.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies, ensuring the business remains a leader in the field.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Solid experience as a PHP Developer, in a full stack capacity.
  • Strong command of Laravel, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, and MySQL.
  • Proven experience in API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with React or a similar JavaScript framework is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Team player with a passion for collaboration and innovation.
