ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Compile trade reports every Monday in collaboration with the merchandising and purchasing teams.
- Take ownership of reporting tasks as required by your line manager or merchandiser.
- Serve as a liaison with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist the merchandising team with necessary analyses for product range development, performance evaluations, and reviews.
- Support the purchasing team in managing the critical path to align stock levels with delivery timelines.
- Conduct competitive analysis and maintain a pricing database for your department in conjunction with the purchasing team.
- Evaluate sizing trends and requirements for the department, confidently presenting suggestions for new orders or reorders.
- Exhibit a friendly and proactive demeanor, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in allocation or merchandising administration is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel are essential.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
