Job Title: Site Manager

Black Fox Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Dromore, Co. Tyrone. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing civil engineering projects, including drainage, earthworks, concrete, utilities, and more.

Position Summary:

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects across both NI and ROI. This will involve overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Monitor project progress and report to senior management as required.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the civil engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of civils, including drainage, earthworks, concrete, and utilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel to project sites across NI and ROI.
