We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at The Learning Tree Nursery School by Storal. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children to thrive.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework to encourage a love of learning in our children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences that promote their development.
- Build strong relationships with the team to create a collaborative and inspiring working environment.
About You:
- Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in child development.
- Have a minimum of 6 months' experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under the age of 5.
- Have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Embody the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary from £24,440 - £28,142.40 FTE, based on experience and qualifications (pro-rata for part-time hours).
