Position Overview
We are in search of a committed and enthusiastic Higher Education Engineering Instructor to become a part of our distinguished faculties at DN Colleges Group. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to influence the education and growth of aspiring engineering professionals across a variety of programs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Instruction and Student Support: Provide exceptional instruction and personalized academic assistance to learners enrolled in the Engineering programs. This encompasses modules in Mechanical, Electrical, General, and Manufacturing Engineering at Levels 4 and 5. Program Development: Collaborate with fellow educators to create innovative and engaging learning experiences. This includes participating in the design, development, and implementation of new courses and programs. Collaborative Teamwork: Engage with a small, dedicated team to foster a supportive and cohesive educational environment. Promote a collaborative culture that encourages excellence in teaching and learning. Quality Control: Work with external examiners and execute quality assurance measures to ensure adherence to institutional policies and procedures. Uphold high standards of academic integrity and excellence. Student Motivation: Connect with students to inspire and encourage them throughout their academic journey. Offer guidance, mentorship, and support to help students realize their full potential.What We Provide:
