About the Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying and placing top graduate talent in leading companies across various industries. You will source and attract high-quality graduate candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and university partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs
Requirements

We are looking for a recent graduate with a degree from a reputable university. You should be highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
