Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rope Access Specialist with NDT expertise to join our team at Oceaneering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of rope access activities, as well as performing NDT inspections to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct rope access personnel to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct NDT inspections to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement safe systems of work to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain close relationships with customers to promote the company's interests and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure that all rope access equipment is properly maintained and certified.
  • Perform risk assessments and take necessary actions to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and NDT technical lead to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and client specifications.
Requirements
  • ASNT/PCN Level 2 or CSWIP Visual Inspection certification.
  • Valid passport.
  • ASNT/PCN Levels 1 and 2 in one or more disciplines (EC/UT/RAD).
  • IRATA Level 3 certification.
  • Offshore survival, offshore medical, M.I.S.T, Cat A E.B.S, bi-deltoid measurement, and eye test certifications.
  • First aid certificate.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Flexible approach, team player, and good communication skills.
  • IT literacy (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
  • ASNT/PCN Level 2 in MPI and/or DPI.
