Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the replenishment process to maintain optimal inventory levels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted supply and timely delivery of meal kits to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of inventory controllers to ensure shift KPIs are met in full and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, food safety data, and analyze this data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and track product expiry dates to minimize waste through effective rotation and utilization of inventory.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on inventory status, supply chain issues, and potential risks.
  • Coordinate the replenishment service and support functions to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in replenishment planning or supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools, along with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
