Senior Product Manager - HVAC Solutions

We are seeking a qualified candidate with experience in product management within the HVAC sector. The ideal applicant will have a background in roles such as Technical Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, or Project Manager.

The candidate should have experience with manufacturers of building services products, particularly in areas such as HVAC, controls, instrumentation, and similar industrial equipment.

Position Summary

  • Lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and finance teams.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, industry groups, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee product management activities, including product lifecycle management, development, pricing strategies, and market analysis.
  • Engage in strategic planning and execution of product roadmaps.
  • Accountable for achieving financial performance targets.
  • Optimize value propositions for products.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment related to building services or consultancy is essential.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering is required.
  • Residing in the Manchester area is mandatory.
  • A proactive, intelligent, and capable individual is preferred.
  • Previous roles may include Product Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or Commercial Manager.
