Job Description

Brandon James is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Real Estate team in Bristol.

About the Role

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within the Real Estate division, working on some of the most exciting and complex projects across various sectors, including Health, Developer, Higher Education, Residential, Data Centres, and Commercial, with project values reaching up to £300m.

This role offers exceptional career progression, with a clear pathway towards Director and beyond. If you're an Associate Quantity Surveyor with ambition and drive, this is your opportunity to take on greater responsibility, manage significant projects, and accelerate your career within a global consultancy renowned for nurturing and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive projects from cradle to grave
  • Work within dynamic teams on a number of exciting schemes circa £100m - £300m
  • Manage junior team members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Lead projects from inception to completion
Requirements
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • A RICS accredited degree qualification
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and client facing
