The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the repair of heavy machinery and be willing to travel across the UK.
Position Overview for Heavy Machinery Maintenance Engineer- Conducting diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on various types of heavy machinery
- Primarily working in the field to perform repairs on-site, with occasional workshop duties
- Documenting job details and recording any warranty-related repairs
- Gathering necessary parts for on-site repairs
- Engaging with clients to assess their needs and requirements
- Coordinating with management to manage workload effectively
- Working in a supportive environment where the team is valued and recognized
- Qualified to level 2 in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in the repair of heavy machinery
- Located within the Lancashire region
- Willingness to travel to client locations throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays, with prior planning
- Possession of a full UK Driving Licence
