Civils Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to join our client's team in Plymouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the civils aspects of a new build high-end leisure facility with carpark and amenities.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working on challenging sites, problem-solving, and thinking outside the box to find effective solutions. They will also have excellent technical construction knowledge and understanding, as well as commercially and contractually aware with sound negotiation skills.

The project is a fixed-term contract, set to run from the end of August to December 2025. The successful candidate will be involved in the project from the start, offering a great opportunity to put their stamp on the scheme and potentially secure long-term contract potential.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing the civils aspects of the project
  • Coordinating with local authorities
  • Ensuring the project runs to plan, on time, and in budget
  • Leading a team of site staff

The successful candidate will hold a valid Gold or Black CSCS card and have the following qualifications:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • HSE Training
  • Confined space
