Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our team in Wales. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions to service users with complex mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of our psychological care approach, RISE.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff teams.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our service.

Requirements

  • Registered Clinical or Forensic Psychologist with a relevant qualification and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions and their application in mental health settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to delivering person-centred care and promoting positive outcomes for service users.
