We are seeking a Senior Solicitor - Regeneration and Projects to join our Legal Services Team at St Helens Council. As a key member of our team, you will provide commercial property legal support services across the council, involving exciting regeneration and project work.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with Commercial Property matters in a Local Authority, be an excellent co-ordinator, able to handle major business projects, and have well-developed communication skills.

Local government experience is desirable, but we welcome applications from people from all parts of the legal sector as training, support, and mentoring will be offered as part of your continuous professional development.
