**Accounts Assistant Role at Marshall Harmony**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team at Marshall Harmony. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Business Controller in managing the company's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, and Nominal Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Assist with credit control, ensuring prompt payment from customers and managing debtors.
- Provide support with month-end processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Collaborate with the Business Controller to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts and finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software, particularly SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £34,000 - £38,000, depending on experience.
- A hybrid working pattern, with 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days at home.
- A company bonus scheme and 21 days of holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with each year of service.
