The Role

As a representative of our client, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services to various utility companies. Your core activities will involve visiting customer premises and performing the following functions:

  • Gathering additional customer data, such as meter reads and vulnerabilities
  • Conducting PDV visits in line with client requirements
  • Negotiating payment arrangements
  • Executing documentation to secure payment to the client
  • Executing warrants to secure payment/access to deliver resolution
