Proximity Recruitment is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join an innovative B2C leisure business in Hertfordshire with a global presence and a set of brilliant brands with strong market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in implementing the national marketing plan and retail content calendar, including digital campaigns, key trading dates, and local venue initiatives.
  • Manage seasonal campaigns end-to-end, preparing detailed plans and briefs across media, creative, PR, print, and digital, working closely with in-house teams and external agencies.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in implementing the national media plan, including paid social, programmatic, brand, and content partnerships, as well as above-the-line tests and local media and PR campaigns.
  • Support the launch of new digital initiatives, either nationally or to local markets.
  • Monitor the effectiveness, measure, and report on marketing activities, while working with agencies on joint projects.
  • Measure results and analyze the effectiveness of activity.
  • Support the execution of the social media content calendar, measurement, and reporting.
