About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead a complex divestiture project. The ideal candidate will have experience in executing requirements gathering and design, project planning, resource allocation, and project or program delivery aligned with best practices and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with major stakeholder groups, including project sponsors, executives, IT leaders, and user communities. Develop and maintain effective communication channels to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Project Planning and Budgeting: Perform budgeting, planning, scheduling, and financial management to ensure project deliverables are met within allocated resources.
  • Resource Management: Manage the resources required for the project, including labor, spending, and time tracking. Orchestrate the work of the entire project team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication and Change Management: Prepare presentations, plans, and project artefacts to communicate IT project information. Facilitate constructive meetings related to the project and guide communications and organizational change management.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work with IT service transition colleagues, user representatives, business process owners, and others to ensure effective change and successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience with SAP
  • Proficient in Project Management tools (i.e., MS Project) or similar project tools
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web browsers
  • Ability to research and analyze data effectively
  • Demonstrates a high level of stakeholder management and communication skills, with an aptitude for dealing with IT and business colleagues and suppliers at all levels
  • Attention to detail; self-starting and strong focus on completing/finishing
  • Able to effectively deal with difficult stakeholders; navigate in environments with ambiguity, change, and complexity; and achieve desired outcomes
  • Proven experience of working with matrix-managed and remote teams
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
  • Significant knowledge of multiple sub-functions of IT
