Role Responsibilities:
As a Cook at our Longfield Crescent development, you will cater to a diverse range of dietary requirements. Your daily tasks will include preparing healthy, home-cooked meals for lunch and dinner. Our menu planning system allows tenants to select their meals in advance, facilitating efficient preparation and organization. The social aspect of dining is highly valued by our tenants, who appreciate both home cooking and baking.
Qualifications and Skills:
This position is ideal for a culinary professional eager to demonstrate their skills in a warm and inviting environment, positively impacting our tenants' health and wellbeing. Candidates should possess prior experience in preparing and serving high-quality meals, along with a relevant food safety qualification, such as the REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate. The ability to collaborate effectively within a team and strong customer service skills are essential.
