We are seeking an experienced Account Planner to join our team at Energy Jobline. As an Account Planner, you will play a crucial role in organizing and scheduling jobs, ensuring our Engineers' job satisfaction and efficiency, and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and schedule daily workloads for our field-based Engineers
- Coordinate with Engineers to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor and report on SLAs and KPIs to ensure operational excellence
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
- Proven experience in a planner/coordinator role within the service engineering sector
- Strong administrative and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Experience working against SLAs and KPIs, with a strong drive to meet and exceed them
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £33,000 based on experience
