About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Designer to join our Reality Labs team, focusing on building the future of connection within Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed reality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver design guidelines and creative solutions for the brand.
  • Work closely with Creative Directors, Design Leads, and Designers across different locations and time zones.
  • Ensure timely and organized delivery of design solutions with Program Managers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a multidisciplinary background in brand identities/design systems.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, art direction, typography, photography, retouching, layouts & grids, and color strategy.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners from conception to execution.
  • Proficiency in presenting and pitching creative concepts and ideas to senior leaders and internal/external partners.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Systems thinking experience navigating complex matrices, managing stakeholders, and balancing enterprise-level considerations with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with VR hardware and software.
  • Experience marketing physical (hardware) products.
  • Future-first mindset, with experience creating new platforms, including augmented, virtual, or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc.
  • Fluent in Figma, including prototyping skills.
  • Technology industry experience.
  • Experience pursuing emerging technologies.
  • Experience with 3D software and After Effects (motion design and video editing).
