Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Softwood Timber Frame Panel Maker to become part of our dedicated workforce. In this role, you will be tasked with crafting, assembling, and producing our panels, while ensuring the utmost standards of quality and precision.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Interpreting and understanding technical drawings.
- Selecting suitable softwood materials and preparing them for framing.
- Cutting, shaping, and assembling timber components using both hand and power tools.
- Collaborating with team members to meet project objectives.
- Complying with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Exhibiting flexibility in your working environment.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Preferable experience in Timber Framing or a similar role.
- Understanding of carpentry techniques and methods.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Strong physical stamina.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant materials.
