Job Overview

The Cleaning Services Worker II plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all designated areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Operate and maintain equipment as necessary, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular checks on equipment and report any deficiencies or issues to management.
  • Assist in linen systems and participate in extra spring/deep cleaning tasks as required.
  • Follow Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Policy at all times.
  • Report hazards and incidents to management promptly.
  • Maintain component hygiene standards and adhere to company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer comments or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Participate in company training and development programs to enhance performance and skills.
  • Suggest areas for improvement and take corrective action as necessary.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Flexible approach to hours and duties.
