Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Gray Healthcare Ltd. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing 24-hour support to a lady in her 30's who has a diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder and Learning Disabilities.

About the Role:
  • Provide 24-hour support to a lady with complex needs, including emotional support and practical assistance with daily living tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with a female-only team to ensure the lady's needs are met and her independence is promoted.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to support the lady's goals and aspirations.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
Requirements:
  • Experience in social care, ideally within mental health, with a focus on supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • Ability to provide encouragement and support to individuals with challenging behaviors.
  • Knowledge of risk assessments and care planning.
  • Current Right to Work in the UK and at least 6 months' employment history in the UK.
