Hours: Full-time commitment.

Bonus: We offer a management bonus scheme for all Heads of Department and above, details of which will be discussed during the interview.

Role Overview: This position is ideal for individuals with experience in a similar hospitality setting.

As the first point of contact for guests, delivering an exceptional welcome is crucial. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the reception team
  • Overseeing daily operations at the front desk
  • Ensuring compliance with reception standards
  • Managing stock orders through our procurement system
  • Training and mentoring new team members
  • Participating in the Duty Manager rotation
  • Recruiting for your department
  • Performing general reception tasks

As a hands-on leader, you will guide your team, possess in-depth knowledge of hotel reception operations, and be dedicated to developing others while being an integral part of the Duty Management team.
