About the Role

We are seeking a talented Process Engineer Graduate to join our team at Procter & Gamble's Reading Plant. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and technological advancement in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and reduce losses through process optimization and system development.
  • Support daily production line activities and processing areas, and help build and strengthen capability in these areas.
  • Collaborate with technical experts and other functions to create effective solutions.
  • Create learning programs and coach and train technicians.
  • Develop and improve standards to achieve performance targets for the production line.

Requirements
  • University graduates with a degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
  • Candidates with some experience post-graduation in a manufacturing or engineering environment will also be considered.
  • Evidence of passion and achievements, particularly leadership, in academic and/or non-academic activities, short work experience, or internships.
  • Strong English verbal and writing skills.
