We are a nationwide charity dedicated to helping individuals facing challenging circumstances make positive change in their lives. Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for people to overcome their problems and live successful, independent lives.
Our services across the country cater to individuals experiencing homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction, unemployment, involvement with the criminal justice system, sexual exploitation, and domestic abuse. By focusing on their strengths, potential, and opportunities, we empower our clients to overcome their challenges and achieve a brighter future.
About the Service - Housing & Homelessness ServicesA safe home is the foundation upon which individuals can build their lives. We provide support to those experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women, and young people.
Our approach to accommodation goes beyond providing a roof over one's head and shelter from the elements. We strive to create a welcoming and flourishing environment that offers opportunities for our clients to feel comfortable and develop. You can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by supporting them on their journey towards a brighter future.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to work with women, men, and families experiencing domestic abuse who have multiple and complex needs. You will have the chance to support and develop a service that improves the quality of life for our clients and delivers an excellent service in line with our mission, service goals, values, and associated regulations, guidance, and legislation.
CDAS has been a part of the pathway in South Tyneside for over 4 years and has established itself as a well-respected service. We are committed to continually improving our offer and are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team.
