Salary: £14-£19 per hour

Hours: Full time - 35 hours a week

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Stalking Advocate to provide expert advocacy and support to individuals experiencing stalking. In this role, you will manage a caseload of 20-25 clients, delivering robust risk assessments, devising safety plans, and providing information on stalking legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop tailored safety plans for victims of stalking.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on stalking-related legislation and procedures.
  • Manage a caseload of 20-25 clients, ensuring each receives high-quality advocacy support.
  • Collaborate with relevant agencies to deliver comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records using our case management system.
  • Adhere to high service standards and comply with all policies and procedures.
  • Identify and maintain appropriate boundaries in client interactions, referring to other services as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in stalking advocacy or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of stalking legislation and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
