Job Summary

ProTalent is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Tax Manager to join our expanding team in Southampton. As a key member of our tax team, you will report to a Client Director and work closely with managers and senior managers from all client-facing teams across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, providing both compliance and advisory services.
  • Provide technical support to the tax and wider teams, ensuring the highest level of expertise and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to promote business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of trainees within the tax team, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

  • CTA / STEP qualified desirable.
  • A minimum of five years' experience PQE, of which at least 2 years as manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • A proactive and organized approach to work, with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
