We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Claims Handler to join our team at MPJ Recruitment Ltd. As an Intervention Claims Handler, you will play a crucial role in handling third-party claims and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to capture third parties and mitigate claims costs.
- Supporting the follow-up process in handling claims and identifying potential fraud, exaggeration, and indemnity.
- Reviewing claims processes and recommending changes to improve efficiency and reduce leakage.
- Supporting technical intervention claims matters and sharing best practice with the team.
- Previous experience in Motor Claims Handling and Third Party Capture Claims Handling.
- Tenacious and determined approach to making successful captures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create innovative solutions.
- Professional and adaptable, with a willingness to share learnings with the team.
