Financial Operations Coordinator

GCB Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and experienced Financial Administrator to join their team in a growing Independent Financial Practice. The ideal candidate will be a great team player with prior experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling new business applications and supporting the preparation of suitability reports.
- Scheduling client reviews and providing administrative support to Advisors.
- Managing incoming calls and emails, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience working within an Independent Financial Practice or a similar business environment.
- Knowledge of financial procedures and excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and spoken, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a larger team.
- Proficient in IT and well-organized, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Benefits:
