About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for commercial management, contract administration, and some project management to deliver high-quality services to our clients. This role requires close collaboration with clients, contractors, and the in-house team to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial management of projects
  • Some project management experience
  • Some experience in performing the role of Employer's Agent/Contract Administrator
  • Experience of projects ranging in value from £1m to £20m
  • Experience in following sectors preferred: Residential, Commercial, and Leisure

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong commercial management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and the in-house team
  • Experience in the construction industry, preferably with a consultancy practice
