We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Paralegal to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. The successful candidate will assist Partners and Solicitors with Defendant Clinical Negligence and EL/PL claims for NHS Resolution & NHS Trusts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting letters and instructions to experts
  • Reviewing records and interviewing witnesses
  • Instructing counsel and collating disclosure
  • Liaising with the CRU
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a Defendant Clinical Negligence or EL/PL team within a similar commercial firm
  • Experience in drafting letters and instructions to experts
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
