About the Role

We are seeking a highly ambitious and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in our Argyll Arcade Boutiques, Glasgow. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the central team to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
