Recruitment Specialist

My client, a luxury retailer, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is based in London and requires the successful candidate to be in the office 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:- Support retail and junior head office recruitment
- Work closely with the wider team to develop and implement the overall recruitment and sourcing strategy
- Manage and coordinate all recruitment processes, including screening of candidates, booking interviews, referencing, and delivering offers
- Promote internal mobility in line with Group policy by ensuring all positions are posted internally first
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates directly using various online avenues
- Provide weekly recruitment updates to HRD and senior management
- Liaise with the HR team and payroll for all new starter information and onboarding programmes
- Manage bulk hiring projects
