About the Role

Walker & Sloan Ltd | Certified B Corp is seeking a highly experienced Senior PR Account Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. The role can be hybrid, with the opportunity to work from their HQ.

The Senior PR Account Manager will be responsible for expanding client relationships, driving business growth, and using their initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, providing a safe and trusted pair of hands to deliver high-quality service.
  • Contribute to effective monthly forecasting, hitting income targets, and having an appreciation of monthly fee earner capacity versus output.
  • Prepare a business case and secure internal management approval for new initiatives that will increase revenue and/or efficiency.
  • Maintain a consistent level of high-quality service across a portfolio of client accounts, using experience and creative thinking to evolve the account and exceed client expectations.
  • Work closely with the team to get the best results out of relationships and inspire confidence in the team.
  • Attend and present at client meetings and internal meetings to aid new business development.
Requirements
  • Ability to look ahead and anticipate and respond to client and account needs.
  • Use initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles.
  • Motivate direct reports and inspire confidence in the team.
  • Deliver a pitch presentation and conceive and manage events.
  • Draft new business documents and contribute to effective monthly forecasting.
