About the Role
We are currently partnering with a large and established law firm to recruit a dedicated Housing Paralegal for a highly sought permanent position. The successful candidate will join a highly experienced team of practitioners who provide assistance to both landlords and tenants on all housing issues.
Housing Department Background
The law firm's Housing team is ranked by The Legal 500 directory for its services across England and Wales. They provide a range of services, including assistance with housing disputes, unlawful eviction, possession proceedings, and judicial review in cases of homelessness.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Report directly to Department Director
- Provide professional, proactive approach, strong client care skills, and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients' needs
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of housing law and a proven track record of working in a similar role. They will be able to provide excellent client care and work effectively as part of a team.
