Core Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with classroom educators to facilitate engaging and effective instructional sessions.
2. Provide individualized or small group support to reinforce educational objectives.
3. Assist in the design and preparation of classroom activities and resources.
4. Enforce safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and welfare of all learners.
5. Offer assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN) and modify learning activities as necessary.
6. Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications:
A minimum of a Level 2 UK child-related qualification is required, with a preference for Level 3.

Experience:
Prior classroom experience is essential.

Safeguarding Training:
Recent safeguarding training is mandatory.

DBS Certificate:
An enhanced DBS certificate is required or the willingness to obtain one.
