We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Google Chrome Sales Specialist to join our growing team at THE CHANNEL RECRUITER LTD. As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a key part in expanding our Google Workspace and ChromeOS business within our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers who have previously purchased ChromeOS and Google Workspace solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell additional Google Workspace and ChromeOS licenses.
  • Track and forecast renewals for Google Workspace for Education subscriptions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads within our existing customer base to prospect for new ChromeOS opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire net-new ChromeOS customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within account management for enterprise and education sectors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business KPIs through high-volume cold calling.
  • Strong understanding of Google Workspace and familiarity with ChromeOS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for learning new technologies.
