About the Role

RocketMill is seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our clients' online success through strategic search engine optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct thorough website audits to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms and best practices to ensure our clients' websites remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients on their website's performance and progress towards SEO goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive innovation and improvement within the department.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical SEO, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SEO tactics and tools, including crawlers, link checkers, and analytics software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Google Analytics IQ certification and experience with SEO analytical tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and everyday IT, with the ability to deliver high-quality documentation and reports.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
  • Strategic experience in consulting on how organic search can have a measurable impact within cross-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience designing large-scale SEO-friendly information architecture.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in web development and design.
  • Working knowledge of PHP, SQL, or other relevant web technologies, with experience in web development and maintenance.
